I am a highly adaptable, technology-savvy, senior operations leader who thrives on change and innovation to create a new, chain-linked, operating paradigm. I specialize in working with small and medium-sized companies to align their strategies across leadership and teams, with defined outcomes, to accelerate top-line growth and drive bottom-line improvements at healthcare organizations, manufacturing plants, and technology teams.
Darren has 30 years of General Management, Operations, and Technology experience at senior leadership levels. Having transitioned from an IT professional in the early 2000s, Darren has successfully led large business units across many sectors, including Healthcare, Aerospace, and Technology. He has developed numerous Business Operating Systems, by having a keen sense of what best aligns with an Organization's culture and by leveraging the applicable elements of Operating Systems he has used over his career (ACE, HOS, EBS). He remains adept at helping organizations leverage technology to aid in their Operational performance and often bridges the gap in communications between the two respective departments. He considers his skills in project management, leading change, and driving for results to be among his key attributes.

Transformative Project Manager: He concurrently oversaw the successful integration of an acquisition that doubled the company's lab testing business and expanded its operation to include a new Laboratory in Western Canada.
